D 8CEN

The two 6½in high-tech woofers are finely tuned to mesh with a dome tweeter and a midrange unit featuring highly efficient neodymium magnets. The result is sensational reproduction of voices and details, with a level of clarity that does full justice to discrete Dolby Digital and DTS soundtracks.

Apreiodic Chamber
A low resonant frequency is indispensable for optimum speech reproduction. To ensure this we have applied our special aperiodical technology to the D 8CEN. This arrangement makes it possible to install relatively large bass units in small cabinets. The back wall of the aperiodical chamber is ventilated through apertures whose dimensions are roughly 20% of the woofers diaphragm surface. This gives more direct and natural reproduction in the lowest frequency range.

Gold plated terminals
To ensure loss-less connection, the terminals are equipped with goldplated binding posts, accepting stripped wire as well as spades, pins etc.
